Viettel High Tech received two awards at the Globee Awards for Technology 2024
Viettel High Tech continues to enhance its international award record by winning two awards at the Globee Awards for Technology 2024. The awards are as follows: 5G User Plane Function Acceleration: Awarded in the category of Best IT White-Paper or Research Report of the Year (Technology Switching Center - Block 2); Viettel Connectivity Management Platform – A Subsystem of Viettel IoT Platform: Awarded in the category of Managed IoT Connectivity Service (IoT Center - Block 3).
Both awards are Silver, representing the highest rankings achieved by Viettel High Tech in this year's categories. This marks the third consecutive year that Viettel High Tech has been recognized at this prestigious award, standing alongside international companies such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP, and Verizon.
In the category of Best IT White-Paper or Research Report of the Year, Viettel High Tech's white paper is the first product and service to win an award from Viettel and is the sole winner in this category. The award-winning white paper is titled "Viettel High Tech and HCL Technologies (India) Launch 5G UPF Acceleration Solution to Drive Next-Generation 5G Network Transformation." This white paper details the collaboration between Viettel High Tech and HCL Technologies in implementing a 5G User Plane Function (UPF) solution using the Intel FPGA SmartNIC N6000-PL platform. Key factors such as throughput performance and reliable/predictable latency are crucial for optimizing the network for service providers and enhancing customer experience.
In the Managed IoT Connectivity Service category, the Viettel Connectivity Management Platform (CMP) was recognized as a comprehensive platform designed to streamline and optimize customer management processes within the industrial IoT ecosystem. The CMP platform includes a range of rich features tailored to meet the complex requirements of managing relationships and subscription services in the IoT industry. At its core, the platform offers seamless subscription management, contract monitoring, and order processing, enabling organizations to efficiently manage the subscription lifecycle and service delivery.
According to the announcement from the IT World Awards 2024 organizers, Viettel remains the company with the most technology products receiving awards. This prestigious award, organized annually by Network Product Guide (Silicon Valley, USA) since 2006, honors outstanding achievements and contributions in the global information technology industry.
